Milne Moser are seeking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join our award-winning Sales Team.
- Do you love property and have experience of working in an Estate Agency?
- Can you provide excellent customer service?
- Does organising, planning and prioritising come easily?
- Are you thorough and methodical with excellent communication skills, either face-to-face, over the phone or via email?
- Do you have a high standard of literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel?
- Are you available to work weekends (one in every three Saturdays, from 9am – 1pm)?

The job role:
Based at between both our Kendal and Milnthorpe offices, your primary role will be to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and arrange market appraisals for properties.
Along side this, you will work alongside the team with various aspects of our property services including:
- Assisting the Manager with overseeing day to day tasks within the team.
- Contributing ideas towards business development, marketing, systems and procedures.
- Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors and contractors.
- Registering and managing applicants.
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and provide feedback on all viewings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to negotiate offers, agree sales and manage their progression.
- To support our busy lettings department, as needed.

Job information
Hours: 38.33 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus one in every three Saturday mornings 9am-1pm).
