No Sale, No Fee Conveyancing

As a benefit of being our client, Milne Moser Solicitors will not charge their agreed conveyancing fee in circumstances where a buyer withdraws from a sale which has been agreed subject to contract.

Please note that any legal costs necessitated by a defect in the Property’s title will be chargeable.

An apportioned percentage of their standard conveyancing fee will be chargeable if a sale aborts because you decide to withdraw the Property from the market after conveyancing fees have been incurred.
