Milne Moser are seeking to recruit a residential lettings negotiator to join our friendly, award-winning team here in the South Lakes.

The job role:
Based at both our Kendal and Milnthorpe offices here in the South Lakes, your primary role will be to provide support to the department manager as well as assisting landlords and tenants in all aspects of the lettings process.
You will also be key in the marketing of our properties; producing marketing materials, organising and attending property viewings with potential tenants then working with landlords to find the right tenant for their property.
Alongside this, you will cover various aspects of our lettings services including:
- Obtaining quotes from contractors, instructing and ensuring completion of works;
- Building relationships with contractors, cleaners and suppliers;
- Maintaining in-house client database and any additional admin required;
- Handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries from landlords, tenants and contractors.
- We would also ask that you keep up-to-date with the law related to lettings and ensure all aspects of our lets meet with legal requirements.

Job information
Hours: 28-38.33 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus one in every three Saturday mornings 9am-1pm.
Salary: from £23,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Location: Kendal and Milnthorpe

A full driving licence, preferably with no endorsements, is required for this position as travel around the South Lakes and North Lancashire area is to be expected.
