Hi, I’m Paige. I tend to run our blog here at Milne Moser so here is a little bit about me and my job.
I started in estate agency straight after leaving Sixth Form at secondary school. My first job was with another local firm where I worked for 4 and a half years.
When I first started, I had never even moved house, still living at home with parents, there were a lot of hard lessons to learn and fast.
I started as a Trainee Negotiator, learning the ropes from colleagues, and carrying out property viewings. Within 6 months, I was promoted to Negotiator dealing with a high level of property transactions and heading up a local new build site.
I passed my Level 3 Award in the Sale of Residential Property in 2015 and in the following May, I was awarded by the Rising Star Award 2016 by our governing body, Propertymark.
I took a break in in 2016 for maternity leave and started at Milne Moser in 2017 as a Senior Sales Negotiator.
In December 2019, I passed my Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
On a day-to-day basis, I deal with property sales and running our social media and blog content. In January 2021, I was promoted to co-Estate and Lettings Agency Manager.
When I am not at work, I spend time at home with my husband and energetic 4-year-old son, Brody.
My top tip: When choosing an agent, really do take the time to understand exactly what that agent can do for you. Don’t just look at the pound signs. Selling a property is one of the biggest challenges you can face, make sure you instruct an agent that will take away as much of the stress for you.
