The government have advised that we must stay home wherever possible and only make ESSENTIAL outings. This has raised questions across the country for many different industries and the property market is no different.

Although home moving is temporarily paused, Milne Moser are continuing to progress sales so that buyers and sellers are ready to complete on their purchase as soon as they are able. Our solicitors’ team are working from home, as are many others, meaning albeit slightly slower, we can get your sale ready for exchange of contracts, as soon as the current restrictions are relaxed.
Not only are we progressing sales, all our properties will remain on Rightmove and our website for any potential buyers to view. We will also have walk round property tours so that you can view from the comfort of your home. A team member will be at the other end of the phone to answer any questions and register your details ready for when viewings can resume.
Our lettings team are available should you need to discuss your rental payment or to report any maintenance issues that may arise. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis and issues will be assessed based on the necessity of the job and the availability of the contractor.
The guidance is changing on a regular basis and we will continue to review our advice and keep you updated accordingly.
