If you have been in contact with Milne Moser before now, you may have wondered what the letters following our names mean, so here is some information as to why all of our sales negotiators are qualified and members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
Propertymark is a governing body which helps to protect and assist not only estate agents but every buyer, seller, tenant and landlord that have dealings with our firm.
Propertymark demands a higher standard than the law demands, which means its members are held accountable in order to protect you as the consumer.
In order to become members of Propertymark and to have the letters following our name, the member must undertake the Award in Sale of Residential Property Level 3 or Award in Residential Lettings and Management Level 3 (for lettings).
Milne Moser’s team members must take personal time in which to study for these exams (Propertymark advises 120 hours!) as they are equivalent to an A Level exam.
If an estate agent has successfully passed these exams you may see a MNAEA or MARLA after their names.
It doesn’t just finish there; each year, a member of the Milne Moser estate agency team must complete a set amount of continued professional development which is logged with Propertymark. They can see how the member is constantly learning and progressing within the industry.
Propertymark also run several courses each year that our team love to attend and refine their knowledge on certain areas where needed.
Every one of our sales team is a member of NAEA and we feel this is essential to providing our clients with the most professional service possible.
So when choosing an estate agent, why wouldn’t you chose a team of qualified estate agents that not only have the knowledge but with a friendly, easy to approach attitude to sell or let your property?
