Since launching in 2002, The ESTAS have grown to become a leading and highly regarded organisations in the UK’s property sales, lettings and conveyancing sector.

To be recognised by the ESTAS, an estate agency must show they can consistently deliver on their promise throughout the year, with feedback gathered directly from customers who have completed property transactions.

All feedback – good or bad – is reviewed by the ESTAS and any awards are made based solely on the testimonials and ratings of genuine customers.

Milne Moser have been recipients of an ESTA award numerous times in recent years and are at time of writing holders of Best Lettings (Tenants and Landlords) in Cumbria.

England’s Business Awards

England’s Business Awards is an independent organisation established to showcase and recognise businesses across the country with companies nominated by their customers and the general public in their region.

Businesses are reviewed and assessed, both by the nominations they receive and customer testimonials, but also by in-person assessment and ‘mystery shopper’ visits to the business.

In November 2021, Milne Moser won the ‘Best Estate Agent in Cumbria’ award followed by becoming the national winners of the ‘Best Estate Agents’ award.
